Online Entries Privacy Policy

Feline Association of South Australia (FASA) operates Online Entries so exhibitors can maintain accounts, contact and exhibit details, and show entries. This policy explains how the service handles personal information.
Information we collect
Online Entries collects the information needed to provide the service: your name, email address, account status, contact details, exhibit details, and show-entry details. We may keep information you provide when you ask FASA for help with the service.
We use session cookies and technical logs to keep you signed in, protect forms, investigate errors, and prevent misuse. These records can include account identifiers, IP addresses, request details, and sign-in or registration outcomes.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional. If you choose it, Google supplies your email address, whether it is verified, your Google account identifier, and available profile name details. Online Entries uses this only to find an eligible account or to prepare a new account registration.
Online Entries does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, contacts, address book, or other Google account content. Address, phone, and birth-date details are entered and reviewed by you in Online Entries; they are not collected from Google.
Google authorization tokens are used only to complete the current sign-in or registration and are not retained for later access. During Google registration, the verified email address, Google account identifier, and available name details remain in the browser session for up to 10 minutes. The resulting Online Entries account retains only the name and email address needed to operate the service.
FASA uses Google user data only to provide the sign-in and registration features described here. It does not sell, use for advertising, transfer, or disclose Google user data for unrelated purposes. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google processes its services under the Google Privacy Policy.
How FASA uses and shares information
FASA uses account and entry information to provide Online Entries, administer shows, support exhibitors, send account activation and password-reset messages, respond to enquiries, and investigate security or service issues. Access is limited to authorised FASA personnel and service providers that host the application or deliver necessary email.
FASA does not sell personal information or disclose it for unrelated marketing. Information may be retained or disclosed where reasonably necessary to administer a show, meet a legal obligation, protect the service, or respond to a valid request from an authorised body.
Storage, retention, and your choices
Account and show-entry records are stored in FASA-hosted systems. Session information is temporary. Account records, entry records, operational logs, and backups may remain where needed for administration, record keeping, security, or recovery.
You can use an email address and password instead of Google sign-in. You can remove the app's Google access through your Google Account settings; that does not delete your FASA account or existing show records. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of Online Entries information, use the Committee contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Changes to this policy
FASA may update this policy when the service or its legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
