FASA Online Entries Terms of Service
Effective date: 5 September 2026
These terms cover the Online Entries service operated by the Feline Association of South Australia (FASA). The service allows exhibitors to create accounts, maintain contact and exhibit details, and submit cat show entries. Please read these terms before creating an account or submitting an entry.
Your account and information
Provide accurate information and keep your contact and exhibit records up to date. Only submit information or manage entries for yourself or someone who has authorised you to act for them. Review names, ownership, registration details and show selections before submitting.
Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account access. Tell FASA promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not attempt to access another person's records, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or upload harmful material.
Google sign-in and registration
Google sign-in is optional. You can register using email and password instead. Google verifies your Google account; FASA manages your separate Online Entries account. Creating an account does not by itself confirm FASA membership, exhibit eligibility or acceptance of a show entry.
During Google registration, Google provides your verified email and available name. Review your name and email before creating your account. You can add your address, phone number and birth date after signing in. Removing Google's permission does not automatically delete your FASA account or show records. Google services are also subject to Google's own terms.
Show entries, fees and changes
Each entry is subject to the applicable FASA Show Rules and the relevant show's published schedule, eligibility requirements, closing date and payment instructions. Read these documents before entering. The Upcoming Events page provides current show information.
Check the applicable fees and payment instructions before submitting. Saving details or receiving an automated message does not by itself establish that payment has been received or that an entry has been accepted. Check your entry status and contact the show's Entry Officer if anything is unclear.
Contact the show's Entry Officer about corrections after closing, withdrawals, cancellations or refunds. Applicable show conditions and your rights under Australian law apply. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.
Privacy and your records
The Online Entries privacy policy explains the information FASA uses, why it is used and how to request access, correction or deletion. Only provide personal information that you are entitled to share. Account closure or removal of Google access may not remove records needed to administer shows or meet legal obligations.
Service availability and access
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of technical problems. Keep a copy of important entry and payment information. If a problem prevents you from completing an entry, contact the Entry Officer promptly, particularly near the closing date.
FASA may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to address suspected unauthorised access, misuse or a breach of these terms. Contact FASA if you believe a restriction was applied in error or need assistance accessing your records.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, remedy or other right under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Changes and questions
FASA may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. Updates do not retrospectively change the agreed conditions of an already accepted entry or remove rights you already have under applicable law.
For account assistance or questions about these terms, contact FASA through the Committee contact page. For a specific show entry, use the Entry Officer contact in that show's schedule. Do not send your password.
