FASA Online Entries Privacy Policy

Feline Association of South Australia (FASA) operates Online Entries so exhibitors can create an account, maintain their contact and cat details, and enter FASA cat shows. This policy explains how that service handles personal information, including when you choose the optional Sign in with Google service.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to create and maintain an Online Entries account, including your name, email address, account status, and the contact, exhibit and show-entry details you provide. If you contact FASA about the service, we may also keep the information needed to respond to your request.
We use session cookies and technical logs to keep you signed in, protect forms, investigate errors and help prevent misuse. Those records can include account identifiers, email addresses, IP addresses, browser or request details, and sign-in or registration outcomes.
Google sign-in and registration
Google sign-in is optional. If you use it, Google supplies identity information needed to confirm your sign-in, including your email address, whether that email is verified, your Google account identifier and available name details. We use this information only to find an eligible Online Entries account or to prepare a new account registration.
Online Entries does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendar or address book. Address, phone and birth-date details are entered and reviewed by you in Online Entries; this service does not collect those details from Google. Google processes its services under the Google Privacy Policy.
Google authorization tokens are used only to complete the current sign-in or registration. They are not retained for later access to your Google account, and Google profile information is not used for advertising or sold.
How we use and disclose information
FASA uses account and entry information to provide Online Entries, administer shows, support exhibitors, send account activation and password-reset messages, respond to enquiries, and investigate security or service issues. Access is limited to authorized FASA personnel and service providers that host the application or deliver the email needed for these functions.
We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose it for unrelated marketing. FASA may retain or disclose information where reasonably necessary to administer a show, meet a legal obligation, protect the service or respond to a valid request from an authorized body.
Storage, retention and security
Online Entries account and show-entry records are stored in FASA's hosted systems. Session information is temporary, but account records, entry records, operational logs and backups may remain after you sign out or stop using the service where they are needed for administration, record keeping, security or recovery.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this service. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your password private and do not send it to FASA by email or through a form.
Your choices and requests
You may use an email address and password instead of Google sign-in. You can review or remove this app's Google access through your Google Account settings; doing so does not delete your FASA account or existing show records. You can also use the password-reset service to set or change an Online Entries password.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Online Entries information, contact FASA through the Committee contact page. Please include the email address associated with your account and enough detail for us to identify your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Changes to this policy
FASA may update this policy when the service or its legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
