Required when registering the cat as Show Neuter or Pet Only. The purchaser agrees that the cat will be desexed and cannot be used for breeding.
Choose a pedigree file to fill the subject cat and parent details. Each selected file may be up to 20 MiB. Choose one file for each upload field. The form saves the selected files one at a time and displays progress for each. Combined uploads may exceed 30 MiB. If the complete email would reach the 25 MB limit, staff receive a download link for the documents. Review the extracted values; correcting a parent name reads the file again.
The registered cat name must be no more than 25 characters, including its prefix and spaces, and cannot contain numerals.
Provide either the breeder / current owner phone number or email address.
Select the application type and enter the cat's date of birth to calculate the fee.
Rates match the Fees and Charges schedule current from 1 January 2026.
Choose a PDF, document, or image receipt if payment has already been made.
