Individual Registration or Transfer
Use this guide for one cat registration, transfer, lease, dual registration, or record update request.
Before You Start
- Choose the request type and registration designation before entering cat details.
- Have the cat name, registration number if known, microchip, date of birth, sex, breed, colour, and pattern ready.
- Prepare pedigree, registration certificate, transfer, lease, desexing, or other evidence where the request needs it.
- Use the live form for the current fee, payment reference, and declaration date.
Cat Identity
The registered cat name must follow the live form guidance, including the 25-character limit noted in the current registration form. Use the Autofill option only when you have a current registration number or matching cat name.
Sire and Dam
Provide sire and dam details when they are available or required by the registration request. Include registration, microchip, colour, and pattern details as accurately as possible.
Transfer and Lease
Transfer and lease requests may need signed evidence, the original registration certificate, and ownership timing details. Upload supporting documents before submitting.
Desexing and Pet Status
For Show Neuter or Pet Only registrations, prepare desexing evidence or the required purchaser agreement when the live form requests it.
