Your application is saved before payment. If you choose card, you will then continue to Stripe. If you have already paid by bank transfer, choose Direct deposit.
Submit your application to continue to Stripe for the displayed fee. Do not pay by bank transfer as well.
Select the litter's date of birth to calculate the fee.
Rates match the Fees and Charges schedule current from 1 January 2026.
Choose a PDF, document, or image receipt if payment has already been made.
Enter the reference you used for the bank transfer, if applicable.
The reference is generated automatically from the applicant name and breed. Use it exactly as shown when paying.
