Membership Application or Renewal
Use this guide before completing the online membership form.
Before You Start
- Decide whether this is a new membership application or a renewal.
- Choose the membership type that matches the applicant or household.
- If you breed cats, have your FASA prefix and current DACO breeder registration number ready.
- Use the live form and current Fees and Charges page for payment amount and reference details.
Applicant Details
Enter current contact details so FASA can match the membership record and send the submitted copy. For renewals, include the existing FASA membership number when available.
Breeder Details
Breeders should confirm their breeder status, prefix, DACO registration, and club memberships. South Australian breeder registration is handled through Dogs and Cats Online and must be current when it applies.
Declarations
Read the membership declaration and, if relevant, the breeding rules declaration before submitting. The live form sets the declaration date after all required acknowledgements are complete.
Payment
The online form calculates the current fee and payment reference. Use that exact reference in the bank transfer and upload a receipt if payment has already been made.
