Before You Start
- Confirm the applicant is a financial FASA member before applying for a prefix.
- Have the DACO breeder registration number and applicant details ready.
- Prepare six prefix choices in order of preference.
- Use the live form and current Fees and Charges page for payment amount and reference details.
Prefix Choices
The form asks for six choices because FASA and national checks may rule out names that are unavailable or too similar to existing prefixes.
